One of the dealers I am working with is quoting me a MF of 0.0025 which is 6% vs 0.00209 which is 5%

Also two dealers are saying the lease incentive is only $1,000.

I assume they are trying to increase the MF on me but is the lease incentive accurate at $1,500 for my area?

Our numbers are correct.

Dealer can mark up the MF by .00040, but they can't withhold any of the incentive - that comes from the bank.

Could be they are quoting you FWD? Or a different term?

It should be AWD. Thanks for your help, it will help in negotiations. I already agreed to a good deal and then when I was ready to make the deal they came back and said they quoted the wrong MF but it wouldn't have made that much of a difference. I think they just gave me too big of a discount on the car (based on when I plugged in the numbers into my lease calculator) and then changed their mind.

I’m asking again because now the dealer I’m working with said the residual was now 69% and incentive is $1,000 which seemed to differ earlier this month here so I am wondering if it really changed. Hopefully it’s true because that helps me a lot.

Maybe not so fortunate... I got the lease with the intention of buying it out when the lease is up. Financing was just too much monthly.

You'll probably change your mind in three years. It's a good lease deal, but if you buy it out, then it's no longer a good deal. Be glad you are driving a new car cheap for the next three years.

Our numbers are definitely off... Unfortunately, I don't have a hard copy of numbers from your region. But, looking at other regions, I can tell the numbers we have aren't right.

I'm guessing this won't get fixed before the new programs come out on Wednesday.
