    I ended up getting 2026 i5 premium + m sports included 77k msrp.

    Here is a breakdown

    3 years lease, 12k miles/year
    Drive off $2000 (including 1st month)
    Monthly 605+tax ($662)

    Hopefully this helps others negotiate a bit
    Check for additional conquest or employer discount they help.
