I don’t have a quoted Adjusted Cap Cost for the $600/mo deal but using the Edmunds Calculator with .00025MF/52%RV, I backed into an Adjusted Cap Cost of $45,840 ($50,300MSRP + $1660 Fees - $2120 discount - $2000 incentives - $2000 down). That’s a “Price After Incentives” of $46,180 which the Edmunds Calculator rates on the high end of “Good Deal”. That Adjusted Cap Cost may not be accurate as I’m not sure if the deal came about from a discount off the price, fees or a discount off of a marked up MF. I can’t replicate the starting offer of $774/mo with $2000 incentives and $2000 down but before any discounts using a .00025MF. The $6300 discount that the dealer quoted for the final $600 offer, represented the reduction in the monthly fee ($174/mo x 36mos).
