    I am going to lease a Volvo XC90, and have been given the below, but have no idea if it is a good offer or not.

    Location NY 10530

    XC90 Ultra 7 seater 2025.5 - $894 a month with $3,259 down on a 36 month, 10,000 mile a year lease.

    MF 0.00193 and 54% residual.

    $72,585 retail price and $64,183 net cap cost.

    Would appreciate guidance on whether this is a good deal

    You'll note that the dealer's MF and residual don't agree with what I provided.
    It makes me wonder if they are running your lease through a 3rd party bank/credit union, rather than Volvo Finance?

    Using the figures they provided, the payment is correct. But, with a different bank, I don't have any visibility into the relevant incentives, or what kind of discount you're receiving, prior to the incentives.
