    My dealer in Chicago is telling me the RV for a 25 civic sport is 61% for a 10k/36 lease. This forum is saying 64/65. Any idea why there is a discrepancy? Thanks

    61% is the 36/15 RV; it's possible the dealer isn't making the adjustment for the 10K mile allowance (+3%)

    I will ask what the adjusted cap cost is for this quote. I am trying to make this deal via email they told me the RV is $17,792 and MF is .00255.     If you live in the Chicago city limits, you pay a separate lease sales tax on top of that imposed by the state of Illinois.

    IIRC, it comes out to about 17% total.

    The adjusted cap cost will include any fees or taxes you aren't paying up front - have them break it down for you so you see how they arrived at that number from teh selling price.
