You use it to do the lease payment calculations before you go shopping. That way, you know what sale price should result in what payment.

When you say it doesn't include sales tax or DMV charges do you mean when I get there it will be 469+tax? I prefer to pay those upfront, not roll them into payments (maybe that's a mistake), so I assumed regardless I'd be paying 469.

(excludes tax, title, licence and dealer fees)

Something to keep in mind.. this isn't an offer, it's just an advertisement from Honda. No dealer is required to offer that deal.
