HI -

Im about to turn in my 2022 BMW 7 series.

I'm interested in the 2025 760i X Drive. Can anyone help me on money factor and other lease negotiating tips.

I know I won't get the same deal on a 25 as I can get on a 24. Any thoughts on what I should look for in line of discount off of build price?

This is the initial "proposal" local sales guy sent me:


MSRP: 138.5k
Miles: 15k
Total Financed aftermarkets - $1195
Trade In Value: $45,000
Trade in Allowance" $56,444

Customer Cash: 10k
Customer Rebates: 14k
$799 Doc
$999 Acquisition Fee

Total Cap Reduction: $21,699
MF: .00220 (I should be highest tier credit - how marked up is this?)

3 years/45k Miles -- $2256.28

Car he proposed has the dealer added "Flexprotect" -- $1195. Seems ridiculous - but correct me if I'm wrong?


I'm already going to tell him to remove the existing 2022 from the equation. It's a lease - I'm under miles and can just turn it in. I also don't see a reason to put down 10k on the deal. I'm also not going to pay the Acquisition fee.

Every lease has an acquisition fee.

Not sure what your two numbers: Trade in allowance and Trade in value are supposed to mean. Is it saying you have negative equity or positive equity

I have no equity honestly, as I'm simply turning in my lease! It will be a wash, although he's showing it as a loss.

Either way, I'll have this removed from the deal.

So, they have a slight mark up on the MF and the Flex add-on.

The residual he quoted is also 50%.

So, if i can remove the existing lease, and drop the MF, then this will be a good deal.

My dealer told me it was 6 /4 for oct so only 10k. Can they do that and basically make an extra k on deal or are they obligated to give u the highest available if you dont ask? When will new ones come out for Nov and do you think they will improve?

Thank you. Is there a website I can check for updates on new incentives for Nov? Whats easiest way to find out whats available? BMW website not helpful.
I have been waiting for stop sale fixes on brakes and spindle since early September and I am hoping they get it solved soon but no end in sight it seems?

Yes, it can change when new programs are released.
