    They can mark it up, though that's a pretty small markup. They might have a different program for demos, that we don't know about

    With those prices, I get $470/mo plus tax.

    Pretty sure the tax rate is not 15%, give or take, in SoCal.

    So, the MF may be marked up, or the cap cost isn't what they've shared with you.

    If the fees are being added to the selling price, what does the $3344 up front cover, other than the first payment? Tax on the incentive?

    You can ask for anything you want. Keep in mind, that you already think it's a big discount.

    Make the offer you want to make.

    Something else to think about: Will these incentives be valid when the car shows up, after October 1st
