Hi All. Has anyone had luck leasing a new Range Rover SE P400 LWB (7 pssgr) for a payment of 1,500 - 1,700 with a basic x<$5,000 down payment? before I shope around I’d like to know if I’m way out of the ballpark. With the current residual and MF, the MSRP would have to be discounted to get me to that number. Thanks!

Hi all -- new to the forum. I visited a LR dealer today and was given a quote for a SE 400PS SWB ($118K MSRP). They quoted by a residual of ~56% and a MF of .00383 which seems extremely high. Lease is for 36 months, I assume 12k miles.

Can you share if that MF is indeed correct, or if not the one you see in the market? Also the residual. For 10k/12k, 36 months. Zip is 22102.

The bank gets the tax credit, as they are the owner of the vehicle. They can choose to pass it along to the customer in the form of an incentive, but LR is not doing that in this case.

I don't know the sales tax rate for leases in DC.
But, for 39/12, I get a payment of $1657/mo +tax

I took the "Balance" they listed and deducted the $15,000 down payment to get an adjusted CAP of $111,987. I don't know if that's the exact number, because I can't tell what fees are included in that list.

This doesn't seem way off (again, not knowing the tax rate). I have no idea if it's a good deal.
