I got a lease quote from MB Foothill Ranch 3 years 12k miles. 56k msrp down to 51k

5000 down , 650 plus tax monthly

I think this deal is pretty bad. Comments are welcome

Ask them for the adjusted cap - that will help us with the deal.

Not all of the $5K will be used for cap reduction - there is the first payment, the acquisition fee (almost always marked up to $1095), license and registration costs, etc.
