Ride out the current lease, then come back and talk to us.

I am concerned about the EV credit and would like to have a car that I enjoy driving for the next 3 years. I was planning to ride out my lease but this bad offer came up during my most recent maintenance / recall update visit that addressed the shudder issue for me so both things prompted me to look.

I did not have a great experience with my current dealer when I switched from CX-9 (my first lease and dealer was easy to work with but got bought out) to CX-90 hence I am looking despite negative equity plus my current lease payment is around $860. Since RV went up from 60% to 62% and there is a $2500 bonus cash, I found a $600 / 33m lease from another dealer via Mazda Digital Showroom.

I would like to get better with shopping for deals but mainly I use the car to drive kids around and would rather find a dealer that is less frustrating to work with. Appreciate the sanity check as I am not trying make a fool out of myself.

I think your concerns about the $7500 are well founded.

Shopping multiple dealers is the best way to find the best deal. You should be able to do much of this research via email or over the phone.
