The longer the lease, the better chance of needing tires, brakes, and all those other items that creep up as you get into the 4th year of ownership. Also, just like amortizing fixed costs is an advantage on a longer lease, amortizing your rebate over more months is a disadvantage.

In the end, keep the monthly payment in mind. We've had reports of other members leasing an EV6 with an MSRP of $55K for under $400/mo.
