    I'm currently I'm looking at a vehicle which has been sitting in inventory for over 140 days. They may be looking to get rid of it for the new year with steep discounts.

    Stelantis is offering Subvented Lease Support through 01/05/2026... *Do you have the numbers for December at this time?

    If so, for a 2025 DURANGO SRT HELLCAT BRASS MONKEY ED., can you please provide the following?

    *07719 zip code
    *7,500 & 5,000 annual mileage allowance (to see the difference)
    *36 months
    *RV's for each
    *MF's for each

    Hey Michaell, here's the skinny on these 2025 leftovers...

    Dealers who still have these unsold Hellcats are screwed with the "re-price" from Stellantis. The one we discuss here, had an MSRP of $103,480. Stellantis only offers a $2,000 Lease Rebate for dated unsold units. Note: $7,000 is available for purchase, but most will pass due to the steep depreciation anticipated with the re-price.

    This dealer dropped the MSRP by $5,480.00, which brought the Sales Price to $96,000 ($5,480 + $2,000). *I'm assuming there's still Hold Back?

    Here's the problem... If we configure a 2026 Jailbreak Edition to match the 2025 Hammerhead Edition, we're at an MSRP of $95,135 with the reprice before any discounts. *Pretty big drop!

    If we assume a $2,600 discount (easy enough to do as there's plenty of profit in these), then the Jailbreak will still lease better as it has a "much higher" residual (even though they're using standard MF's).

    For leasing, the math doesn't support this '25 Edition over the '26 Configured Price, "unless" this dealer gave up the holdback to simply move it off the lot before the new year?

    We don't have any info on holdback, so no help there.

    I'd agree with your assessment. There comes a time where the old model year becomes untenable to lease, for whatever reason.
