Zip code is 77471. I am leaning towards lease pretty much, but the dealer is being weird. They are apprehensive about sharing the residual and MF. I pushed so finally should be getting it today. Yes, 7.99% isn't that bad for the financing. I am waiting on them to confirm what the actual mf is, and what the buy rate is to see how much they marked up. I am just feeling about why apprehensiveness at first, like oh I will find out how much they are trying to rob me lol. Which I have a feeling they kind of are with the mf on the lease deal.
