    39 months /10k miles
    $1,500 down
    $323/month

    Hmm.

I show the 39/10 numbers as .00309 MF and 61% RV.

Could this be a lease through a local bank or CU? If so, we won't have those programs.

That's not a bad payment, relative to MSRP, but shopping around to make sure you're getting the best deal may be the way to go.

Yes. I think is a local bank. I currently have a CX30 premium, same payment, but a much lower residual value 67%.

Do you think is a good idea to have that residual value?

67% is higher than 61%.. so, not sure what you're asking.

76% residual will give you a lower payment, but it pretty much precludes you from buying out your vehicle at lease end, because no way it will be worth that much.

Also, a local bank/CU doesn't have any incentive to not max out your end-of-lease charges, like perhaps Mazda Credit might. Though, Mazda Credit is run by Toyota Financial, and they aren't great, either.

A Mazda Credit lease doesn't have GAP insurance included. That's something you might want to find out about the local bank.
