    Hi, my ZIP code is 22180 (Fairfax County, VA). I was provided this deal sheet for a lease of a '25 blazer EV SS. I am confused as to why I would have to pay the full tax amount for the lease. My county has a 4.15% sales tax for car purchases, and we have to pay annual property taxes. I wouldn't own the vehicle, so why should I have to pay tax on the full amount as if I owned it? Does this look right? Also, does this look like an OK deal?

    24-month Lease (10k miles / year):
    2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV SS, MSRP = $64,655.00
    Discounts = $12,660.00 (includes $7500 EV Tax Credit)
    Freight = $1,495.00
    Fees = $1,442.63

    How can they charge you for freight, when it's part of the MSRP? (or, maybe this isn't part of the calculation?)
    End of lease fees are collected at the end of the lease, and have nothing to do with the calculation

    What is the actual amount Due at Signing? (the size of the check you have to write)

    I agree with the monthly payment, if the adjusted CAP cost is $47,277.60
    I'm surprised that GM Finance allows an adjusted CAP that is lower than the residual amount.
