    That is what our information shows us.

    The lease calculator uses a different source of info - I'll let folks know that it's different.

    I don't understand why peeps don't share end pricing and lease deals??? I have a quote for a 2025 Kia K 4 GT line $27,420.00. 36 months 10K per year. Nothing down but first months payment. $359 including tax. Seems like a lot for a $27,000 car, but it is the best quote I can find. Any thoughts!

    That's a pretty typical payment, relative to MSRP. Especially for a lower-priced model.

    There aren't too many great lease deals out there, unless you are leasing EV or PHEV with giant incentives

    Money factors are the reason for the crazy high payments. Yes. They are giving away many EV models. I have a 2024 ioniq 5 and I love it, paying far less per month than this K4 my son wants.

    Perhaps you should get him what you want (ie, cheap EV), rather than what he wants, unless he's contributing to the payment...

    Can you help me with.. this lease.
    I have 759 credit score. Looking for Kia K4 EX. My zip code is 77079. Without paying down payment, I'm getting a website estimation of $208/month. 36 Month lease. 15000 Miles Limit. When I call them for MF they said 0.00246, but the lease cash with taxes is $450.

    Isn't the Texas 180 day limit for sales tax exemption apply for this. Or anyway to remove 6.25% tax.

    If you think that is true. Suggest me a cheaper option. I can't exceed $300 of my monthly budget. I kept aside another 250$ for insurance. EV is not a viable option for me as landlord doesn't support a car charger and ev super charger is way far from my place. Suggest any car or any finance.. if leasing is not a viable option.

    No, TX taxes the full selling price of the vehicle at 6.25% rate. I don't know any way around it.

    I don't know of any new vehicle you can get into for $300/mo, given TX sales tax.
