Can I get a MF and RV for a 2025 GMC Acadia AT4 with a msrp of 56635 for a 48 month lease please? Also I have 2 dealers saying they are not giving any discounts off of msrp because of the tariff siruation where normally we’d get a 4-5% discount. Any help here would be great. Thank you very much

We generally recommend against making down payments on a lease - that money would be lost if the vehicle were to be stolen or totaled during the lease term.

But, in general, every $1000 down lowers the monthly lease payment around $30.

With the prices provided, I get $809/mo plus tax

My guess is that the adjusted cap you gave me doesn't include the incentives and/or the trade equity.

But, if the dealer quote (with tax) is $795/mo, then the adjusted cap has to be around $51,350.

Have you shopped around to see if you can do better?

That's not a great lease payment, but then again, it's not a great lease program.

I agree. This is a heckuva time to be coming out of a lease but I’ve been spoiled the last 9 years with ultra low interest rates. Easy come, easy go. You’re correct on the adjusted cap cost. Thanks for your help.
