I just leased a 2025 Nissan ARIYA Engage+ AWD in Denver (Fort Collins) for $98/mo for 3 years with 5K miles/yr and $1,500 is walk off taxes and fees. The residual price is $26K.

I felt it was a great deal here in Colorado. The mileage is a bit low but we have 3 other EV's we are leasing currently, and can spread out the miles among them (2024 ARIYA, 2024 Kia EV6, and 2024 Nissan LEAF).
