    Here is the first offer sheet from the dealer. They came back with MF at .00058 for the 2025 EQS SUV AWD 36/15 term. How do I negotiate the money factor down and what can I tell them as my source for the MF you quoted me? I will also request $5k loyalty. THANKS!

    Tell them you want the base rate.

    Also, $7000 off isn't very good, since Mercedes is giving the dealer $7000. Effectively, you are paying full MSRP.
