Is this a good deal?
I feel like I can push and get a little more off the MSRP as right now it’s at 7.72% off of it.

Credit is 800+ so they are quoting top tier on everything.

I want to either say no down payment and ask them to keep my payment under $800

Or put $1000 down and get payment as close to $699 as possible.

What do you recommend?

Ask the dealer for a screen shot of their lease worksheet - if they don't provide that, ask them for the adjusted cap cost they are using for their quote, and an explanation of how they arrived at that number from the selling price.

Then we should have the information to determine if this is a good deal. I'm gonna bet now that the base MF is being marked up. LR dealers are famous for that, even for customers with great credit.

Found out today that we qualify possibly for owning a Mercedes but now I think the Mercedes SuV is a GLE and the sheet says Mercedes GLA or GLC to qualify. - is that an issue and if so can I fight it and still keep the deal in tact and the same payment?

There's a lot of guesswork going on here - the MF is marked up, as you've noticed.

Is there another dealer you can shop, to be sure you're getting the best deal possible?

Yes, the incentives are applied like a cap cost reduction (down payment) as they've said.

Regarding the incentives, in general you get either loyalty or conquest, but not both on the same transaction. Here are the details on the conquest incentive:

Can you look at these and tell me how much more I should negotiate?
Can I get these payments lower? I notice they are only offering 5-6% off MSRP but I got them to go with the buy rate MF .00068

How do I get these payments lower? I was at 12k miles 36 months on the $877 payment now on the $798 payment they dropped to 10k 36 months.

The only two negotiables in a lease are the selling price/adjusted cap cost and the MF. If they are using the base MF already, then you can only go lower on the price.

I don't know the market, so I can't tell you what's possible.

Check with a second dealer?

No... Have you received any quotes? Land Rover dealers generally markup the rate for extra profit.

The rate we quote is the best for top tier credit
