Any thoughts on this deal and if anymore can be squeezed out of this?

That appears to be the base money factor for 42 month term.

I have an email with a code for $1000.00 but the dealer says that they have already applied it in the deal they are offering. My ZIP code is 17543. Your service is very valuable to us consumers. We do not see any lease specific incentives.

I do see several $1000 incentives:

National Returning Lease Bonus Cash (loyalty)
National Select Inventory Bonus Cash
Driveability / Automobility Program

Perhaps one of these is what the dealer is referring to.
