    The MF is marked up the max allowed, and the $3200 of negative equity isn't helping either.

    I assume the $2000 of incentives are loyalty.

    If we bring the MF back to the base rate, and remove the negative equity, the pre-tax payment would be $1313/mo, almost $150/mo less than your quote.

    See if you can get more for your trade, and ask (demand) that they use the base MF for the lease calculation.

    Is the base MF 0.0019? Yes the $2000 is loyalty. I thought the trade value was reasonable. It’s a 2020 X5 sdrive4.0 with 57000 miles. KBB is right in line with this FWIW.

    I’m basically interpreting this as my $5000 down covers the negative equity and first months payment. Then, I’m getting about $2700 off MSRP and they are basically covering all the dealer extras such as tint, registration, doc, acquisition.

    No, I agree with you. They sold this as a great deal and I didn’t agree lol. Taking the negative equity and MF out of the equation, are the rest of the discounts in line with what I should expect, or are others getting more discounts etc.

    Would be curious what others monthly lease payments are with a starting MSRP of $98k.

    Dealer is quoting .00165 MF which I suspect is marked up. Thanks.
