The charges all seem typical and correct for Illinois.

There is no way I'd put that much upfront on a lease.

Given the amount of the money upfront and how it's allocated, it is hard to determine the actual adjusted CAP cost. I don't see the money factor disclosed. With the information given, it's hard to see if they've marked it up for extra profit. (but, I think they have).

Of course, even with the higher money factor, the 36 month term has a much lower payment, all things considered.

This isn't a car that leases well. While the residuals are good, the money factor is high, the discount is small and the incentives are also negligible

As it stands, your average monthly cost for 24/15 = $666
For 36/15, I estimate somewhere around $580-$600, average monthly
