Now what woman in her right (or left) mind wouldn't want this? It's the red (which shade name?) that finalized my decision to go 'FORESTER'. Mine is white at the moment and, if I don't go with this 'native' red, it will some day don a coat of pearlescent creamsicle orange...goes better with the platinum base, I guess. I still like the boxier model, though. Yummie, nonetheless!
You can still link the smaller pics from Imagestation - the patio picture in my profile is hosted on Imagestation and works fine. If you add the '.orig.jpg' extension to the url, you can get to the original sized image, but yes, you do have to be logged in.
Brian, at first I could only see your small picture, and saw that "Sorry.." image before I submitted my post.
After posting, now I can see your large image - without ever being near imagestation. I even have a newish computer, I know I have never entered imagestation site with this one.
That is a strange one Steve. At home last night it didn't show the larger image. But, today here at work it is, even though prior to signing in this morning, my browser gets a cache flush and I hadn't told ImageStation to remember my credentials. It must use that first connection when getting the preview pic to establish the larger .orig.jpg version. *shrug*
Anyway, the easiest way to link an image from ImageStation is to right click on the image (when in album view) and choose properties. Copy the URL (removing the .orig.jpg if necessary) and past that in an [img scr=] block (replacing [ ] with < >.
but it's set up on my site in one way at one resolution, and I'm maxed out on web space, so I can't create a new version even at a lower resolution on it's own url. I don't know net etiquette very well, do you think I should remove the picture?
No Subaru in that pic :-), we were at a wedding this past weekend in La Crosse, WI and took our MPV for the trip (better at fitting 2 kids and their seats, the dw & I, my M-I-L, and our luggage.

I guess the Forester's job is to get you to the slopes in the background.
Congrats,
Greg
Yummie, nonetheless!
1/18 Autoart models of my real life cars (the model is an STi JDM wagon, but close enough)
I hope you guys don't get offended at the width of that photo!
Mine is close, sort of. Older Miata, Subaru Forester (same chassis at least).
OK, a poor man's version of your fleet.

thats a very clever way to get your cars together for a good photo...shrink the cars!
Steve
I like the big rock too! LOL

Great photo. Yes, this thread has become a bit quiet. I think part of it has to do with the difficulty of finding a free on-line photo hosting site.

If anyone wants pics put up, let me know I am willing to host them in one of my galleries on my site.

In order to see the larger one (normal size) at this url http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid52/p0c6e0dad3a44f4f6b27b- - af10ee7c0c1b/fc9abc66.jpg.orig.jpg you will need to have an ImageStation account and be logged in. Otherwise, you get one of these (unless you're already logged in or it's in your browser cache - in that case you'll see the large pic):

But I did wake up the thread!

Nice picture.
Steve
The first image is llinked with the removal of the extension ".orig.jpg". Only then will others be able to view at this board.

It was great to put some more faces to names and have dinner talking about Subarus without seeing your spouses eyes roll up.

I also washed my Forester after getting home from work last evening. Pretty good looking for 5 years and 90K miles, I have to say!
