Alright I decided that I'd like to go with the EX-L AWD CRV in Blue Pearl with grey leather and no additional options. I was just wondering does your quote include the destination charge? The best Internet quote that I received was $23,940.00 and $315 a month for a 36x12 lease with a $2,000 down on this SUV. Are you able to beat these prices at all? What is your total out the door price on this CRV? And what APR are you able to give me on a 60 or 72 month loan, and are you able to give me a monthly payment amount on Tier one credit? I am motivated to take the CRV home by Friday this week if something can be worked out which we can all be happy about.
Thank You, Virgilio Almonte Jr.

Those issues are on the 2002 thru 2004 models and maybe on the 2005 model as well, not the current models if one reads up on the air compressor problems on this forum
Thanks
I just found out that they charged sales tax incorrectly on my purchase - hopefully they'll fix it with in a week or so. Dealer is currently reviewing policy. For California, dealers are suppose to deduct the "cash for clunkers" then charge sales tax. See CA Board of Equalization Special Notice
Good to know this before going to the dealer.

There is also West Herr Honda in Lockport, and Don Davis in Amherst as well.
You can go as wide as Erie, PA and Rochester, NY, to get more dealers involved.
They won't let you charge CC for the whole car price, except you bought it in MSRP.
HONDADIRECT SPECIAL PRICE: $ 17,998 (# X704191)
just received above email from local honda dealer
OTD:
$24,500 Car w/ all-season floor mats (includes $710 destination charge)
$1,972 Tax
$144 Title/License
$15 Cook County Flat Fee
Total OTD = $26,781
I'm in Chicago and looking into the same car (but prefer silver). That seems right in the ballpark of the best quotes I've gotten so far from area dealers.
How was your experience at Carr's? Any additional advice? I haven't gotten a quote from them yet... Did you negotiate down from the first quote the internet sales manager gave you, and if so, how did that go? My best initial quotes are still sitting about $300-400 above the prices you list, but I haven't started pitting the quotes against each other yet.
It'd be great to hear your response, and congrats on what seems like a very good deal.
One note, I did my test drive at Carr's and it's the closest dealership to where I live, so they know that I will likely bring my car in for dealer service there. Also, I did quite a bit of research (and conveyed that to them) and made it clear I was buying immediately. Best of luck and let me know how it goes!

apparently all south florida dealers are offering this via something called "honda direct"
the actual offer came via email from Brickell Honda Motors, Miami but all dealers match the price
don't know at the moment if they add some backend "fee" ie. "destination charge" to attempt to disguise the true price so I would not pay more than
17998 + 1080 sales tax + 500 fees,title,tag, 19,500-19,600 OTD
Many choices in colors available, picked Black on Black
Potamkin Honda of Miami
Destination charge, Dealer Prep, Sales Tax, Title and Tag fee included. Picked up yesterday a 2009 CR-V LX for OTD $20,228.00 at Potamkin Honda in Miami, FL
Thanks!
Were you able to purchase it at that price?
What is the length of the lease?
What is the mileage allowance?
Most likely this particular one "just sold" as you walked into the doors. :-)
