Infiniti Financial Services' June buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a base 2010 G37 Convertible with 12,000 miles per year are .00207 and 63%, respectively.

Infiniti's lease program for the '10 G Convertible isn't bad, but it's nothing to write home about either. Some people just enjoy the convenience that leasing provides them.

    Thanks docmri.

Infiniti Financial Services' June buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 G37 Journey Sedan with 10,000 miles per year are .00107 and 60%, respectively.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00121 and 59%.

    Hey gperr. Here you go.

Infiniti Financial Services' June buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 G37X Sedan with 12,000 miles per year are .00129 and 61%, respectively.

The residual value for a lease with only 10,000 miles per year is 1% higher.

Hi tywebb1973. Infiniti Financial Services' June buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 G37x Sedan with 12,000 miles per year are .00129 and 61%, respectively.

The residual value for a lease with only 10,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.

When negotiating your deal on this car, make sure to take of the $1,000 cash incentive that is currently available on leases of it.

    Hey Car-Man,

Can you tell me if I am getting the run around from a dealer. I am in South Jersey and after I informed the dealer he was off on his figures, he told me that currently Infiniti Financial's best offers are on a G37x Sedan with Premium Package:

    MF - .00142
    Res. - 61% for 39 months, 10,000 miles

I don't think he is right or he's thinking I will buckle since this is a better than his original offer. Does location matter with regards to residual and rate?

Also, going from 36 to 39 months, would that lower the residual 1% and change the rate?

    Hi Guys:

My lease for the M35X is over and I was thinking of going for an M37X or G37X

On the M37X (Premium) 39 months 15K - $1700 down 600 per month is this a good rate or can I do better

On the G37X (39 months 15K - $1700 down 439 per month is this a good rate or can I do better

Any feedback would be appreciated..(I am in NJ)

I you spend any time reading leasing forums you will learn that most people will not evaluate a lease deal without knowing the particulars of the deal. You didn't give the MSRP AND selling price of the car, and exactly what $1700 down includes. My opinion on down payments is never put more then the first months payment down. At the current 3.1% interest rate on a G37X right now roll the rest of the fees into the lease.

Negotiating a lease should be handled just like negotiating a purchase. How much are you selling the car to me for? After that its a simple matter of putting the numbers in a lease calculator and figuring out your own payment. You should be shooting for depending on the competition from invoice to invoice - $1000. There is $1000 lease cash available right now.

This might be too late, but I'll add my two cents. The $500 "rebate" the dealer is talking about is actually a $500 mileage/damage forgiveness that Infiniti gives to ALL lease returnees if they lease another Infiniti. If there were no damage to the rim you would not get an additional $500 off the lease of your new car.

One thing I keep having dealers tell me is that the leases are for 39 months, yet the MF and residuals being quoted here by car man are for 36 months.

Can I opt for a 36 month lease? I think dealers are quoting me higher rates because of the 39 term versus 36 term. I just got a 39 month lease quote with 12000 - MF of .00142 and Residual of 60%.

    Ty,

I was just offered the following, I just asked them sharpen their pencil.

Carman and Crew, would you please weigh in on what you think of this deal and if dealers mess with the residual (like tell you it's 61% when it's really 62%) or change the money factor in their favor from what the actual Infiniti offering is?

Also, would you please let me know what the 39 Month offerings really are from Infiniti? I only see 36 month options above. As always, thanks for your help!

    This is with $0 down.

    G37X with premium package

    MSRP $39,430.00
    CAP 37,640.00
    Rebate 1,000.00
    ---------------
    36,640.00
    TAX 917.00
    ACQ/DOC 1,028.00
    RESIDUAL 61% $24,052.30
    MONEY FACTOR .00155

    39 MONTH 10K PER YEAR

I think you can do better pete.

Here's the deal I was offered:

    G37x with Premium - 39 months, 12,000 miles:

    MSRP - $39,260
    Residual - 60% ($23,556)
    MF - .00142
    Cap Cost - $34,710

Taxs, tags, etc. all rolled in. Only making 1st months payment. Using $1000 loyalty rebate.

Monthly payment is around $419. That's pretty good, especially the really low cap cost, and I wondering if I am getting hosed on the bad end (like they give me a demo car or something - LOL).

What's more amazing is that the payment is $20 less than the 2007 G35x we are turning in. Granted my fiancee negotiated that herself back in 2007 so I am sure she got taken for a ride.

This was from a dealer about 40 miles away. The local dealer told me he could match it. We'll like go with him. I think I may go to 36 months and see if I can shave a few more points off the MF.

    Hi Car_man,

My current lease is not up until late July, but I'm wondering if I would get a better deal from Infiniti if I leased a G37 this month, or should I wait until July? Are there incentives that are currently available that won't be there if I wait? Or vice versa?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hey Tywebb:

That sounds like a good deal. Where can I get it? I'm in Jersey and am also looking at a G37x. Dealer offered me the following deal:
G37x, Premium Package, Wood Trim and Splash Guards. Selling price of $39,950, 39 months, 15,000 mi for $479. Nothing down except 1st mo., tax title, etc. I'm willing to travel to save $60/mo. Where do I go? Thanks.
  • jerrykenjerryken Member Posts: 14
    TyWebb:

Where can I get this deal? I was offered $479 for basically the same package. See my post below. Thanks.
  • tywebb1973tywebb1973 Member Posts: 115
I believe it was through email negotiations with Porter Nissan in Delaware.

But we have decided to go through a 3rd party leasing company that some other family members have used. She got us a few bucks more off the $419 a month payment.

Word to the wise, she has helped my family out a lot so we trust her. She said the June deals on Infiniti leases are really, really good and she's hearing there is a chance Infiniti could tighten up on them in July.

My fiancee owes a June payment on her current Infiniti but we are rolling that into the new lease just to take advantage of the June numbers from Inifiniti.
  • shyamyshyamy Member Posts: 23
That seems like a great deal..I got mine through porter Infiniti in Newark, DE..
That came for $480 a month for fully loaded G37X all iptions included.
  • jerrykenjerryken Member Posts: 14
Thanks TyWebb. My dealer came down to $459 and said that is as low as he can go. I'm about to look elsewhere. I'll email Porter, even though its a trip, I'd be saving $50/mo, or $2,000 over course of lease.

    MSRP: 39,510

    MF: .0021

    39Month/
    15,000/yr

Sounds about right I think. Any thoughts?

Seems like a pretty good deal to me. A lot lower than what I was quoted - $459/mo with $1500 down and 15k mi. Where can I get that deal? I'm in North Jersey.

Hi guys, I've been following this thread for a while, and just got a quote from my local dealer. It doesn't seem very attractive compared to everything else I'm seeing here, and just wanted to see what's up. The biggest problem with all this is there's only one Infiniti dealer in the state (Utah), so I'd have to do some serious travel if I wanted to find something else.

This is for a base model G37x Sedan.

    MSRP: $37,270
    Sell Price: $35,269
    MF: 0.00172
    Residual: $22,659 (61%)
$1575 due at signing (taxes, first month's payment, 0 cap cost reduction)

    Monthly: $439 + tax
    39 months
    10k miles

I was hoping to get at least another $1000 off the price, and the MF seems a bit high. That was the initial offer, and they didn't budge at all when I tried to negotiate lower. Is it just me, or does that seem like not too great of a deal? Because if that's the case, then I guess I'll either wait a while longer, or just look for a different car.

    Thanks!
  • jerrykenjerryken Member Posts: 14
It seems a little high. You might be able to save $10-$15/mo if you travel but where are you going to go? And is it worth it? It sounds like there's no competition in Utah but check out zag.com to see what others are paying. It may not be the absolute best deal but it seems like a decent deal. I'm still negotiating. Will let you know what I get. Good luck.

Been wrapping my head around this and would like some input please. Got a call 2 days ago from my dealership about great lease deals going in for the G37x especially for current customers. I am currently leasing an 08 G35x and have 3 payments left at 565 a month. They said they can get me in a new G37x next week and would include the 3 remaining payments on my current lease. Here is the deal but it is just bugging me that I would basically paying an extra 3 months of payment for the early turn in but they are saying due to the low MF and high residual plus loyalty of $1000 this month, it is worth it. Here is the details.

    G37x
    Premium/flaps/trim package/cargo/First Aide Kit.
18K miles a year in NY (taxes are ridiculously high but that is for another day)
    $1100 total at signing
    MSRP $39,980. Price I was given, $35,894.
    MF - .00142
    Rs - 59%
    $530 for 39mos
    I also got a quote of $543.55 for 36mos

So I guess the gamble is, to wait till October when my lease is up and hope that they have some type of similar deal or go for it now with the thought that the MF will go back up and the $1000 loyalty rebate won't be available in October. Any input would be great. I am leaning towards waiting but maybe I am just not seeing the light on this deal.

    Thanks!

Well, I was able to negotiate it down further, but the guy I've been dealing with over email has said he would not give me the lease worksheet, and didn't want to discuss any other numbers unless I come into the dealership.

I talked it down to $411 + tax with $1500 down (inc. 1st month), and I assume that I was just given a .00142 MF instead of .00172, with all the other details the same as previously (37.2 MSRP, 35.5 Cap, 22.6 residual, 39mo, 10k).

I'm upset that I can't get any more details over email, but the price seems good, so I may go for it. I'll at least stop in the dealer and see if everything checks out how I expect it to.

Hi guys, I am VERY new to Infinity and was hoping someone could advise me as to whether this was worth it or not. I am in Utah and was quoted this last night.

    2010 Infinity G37
    MSRP - 43,469.00
Down Payment - $2500 (total, nothing else due at signing)
    TOTAL MONTHLY PAYMENT - $526.

This car has the premium package, nav, sport package, illuminated kickers, spoiler, tire package, etc. From my understanding, there is nothing more I could put on it, unless I went with the anniversary edition and got the special red seats.

Can you tell me if this seems like a good deal or not? I have been trying multiple lease calculators online, but it seems they are all over the place with the payments. Thank you!

I don't know Utah taxes but over all seems quite high. With the 1k conquest and or loyalty you should be able to work them down to at least $38k..$39k.. check out my deal above.. find out what. MF and residual they're using.. and what's ur final Cap cost..

kslup & tetra: I got this deal for a New 2010 G37X , Premium & Navi, Black with Wheat Interior w/ maple accents, 18k miles per year, 1 year free oil changes, free first 1,000 mile check up and service, mats, first aid kit, cargo net, for 4425.00 per Month, $2,591 OTD includes first month, bank fee, TTL. Oh yeah, they paid off the last two months on my previuos G35X lease - $880 - Pepe Infiniti, White Plains, NY . Impeccable service, Loaners, and courteousness.

I did get a call from Manhasset Infiniti, just after i placed my order with Pepe, tellin g me that they Want My Business, same car with more equipment (don't know what that is) for $389.00 per month.....that was on June 7th. I liked my Dealer and going t0 LI would have been a problem for me for service calls. Plus: I didn't trust that tactic - did the car Fall Off The Truck !!

Not sure if I'm too late for this, but I would recommend looking out of state (caminator in particular).

After my $1500 down, $411/mo quote (for a base G37x), I started looking at dealers in Colorado and Arizona. I eventually found one in Denver that gave me a $425/mo sign and drive (10k/39mo) for a G37x Premium + a few extras (splash guards, kick plates).

I guess it's kind of a risk that I can't see the car in person, but I'm getting $2500 of options for $1000 cheaper than my best offer here in Utah, so overall I'm happy.

Hi tywebb1973. Infiniti's lease program is usually national. That is currently the case, so it doesn't matter what part of the country you are in IFS' June 36-month buy rate for the 2010 G37x Sedan should be .00129 assuming that you qualify for its top credit tier.

Switching from 36 to 39 months changes this car's money factor to .00142 and 61%, just like you mentioned.

Hi bc244. That's the million dollar question, or more likely $20/month question :). It is very difficult to predict what automakers will do with their future incentive programs with 100% accuracy. I doubt that Infiniti dealers even know what the July lease program will be like at this point. If I had to make an educated guess, I'd say that Infiniti's July lease program will be fairly similar to its current one, but again no one knows for certain.

Infiniti significantly enhanced its lease program on the G37 for June, so I doubt that it will get any better next month. If I was in the market for this car, I'd probably do the deal now.

Here's the information that you're looking for, cal_bear3. Infiniti Financial Services' June buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 G37 Coupe Journey with 10,000 miles per year are .00131 and 63%, respectively.

Greetings 6656. The first thing that I notice about this deal is that the money factor that you were quoted is too high. Infiniti Financial Services' June buy rate lease money factor for a 39 month lease of a 2010 G37 Sedan is only .00121 for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. Make sure that the dealer that you are working with uses this car's buy rate when calculating your monthly payment.

Having said that, the selling price that you were quoted for this car looks great. There is probably a $2,900 or so gap between this car's full MSRP and its dealer invoice price. The $2,800 dealer discount that you were quoted puts you at a hundred or so dollars over invoice, which is a good deal.

Is the money factor on a lease based on credit score only?. How do we know this guy has the credit to qualify. Does everyone who leases a car automatically qualify for top tier? It may not be 'Too High" at all since I calculate it to be less than 5%. Also should we expect the dealer to give us the "buy rate" as the lease factor? I know all banks and mortgage companies charge points or markup on loans ....but are leases different? Do they make money arranging the lease or are they already making money at the "buy rate"? just curious
