    Hi Bobkatgifts,

I am getting ready to do a similar deal, however I am looking at a C250 at 24 months and 12k miles per hear. I am probably going to go with a 2012 model as opposed to the 2013 since their are much better incentives on the 2012 - and when you are leasing, you arent really worried so much about model years unless there is a clear upgrade or improvement. I will keep you posted. I also will be doing a one pay lease.

    Good Luck !

    Hi CarMan,

What are the lease numbers for 24month and 36month on 2012 C250 Sport Sedan and also for 2012 C300 4MATIC Sport Sedan with 7500miles or 10000 miles/year.

    Thanks
  • bobkatgiftsbobkatgifts Member Posts: 4
I was preparing to do a 1 pay lease on 2013 C-350. 15k/yr miles for 24 months. The salesman quoted a money factor of .000205 with a residual at 71%. Then he presented the lease form with over $5,000 in various MB lease fees - this is independent of any sales taxes and tag fees. I am top tier credit rating. Is this the way it realy is? :confuse:
  • datkinsdatkins Member Posts: 11
No this is not the way it is. Ask for the OTD (out the door price) and use that to compare to other dealers offers. When you are looking to do a one pay, really the only comparison factor that matters is the OTD price, assuming that you are pricing the same vehicle. I just closed on a one-pay on a 2012 C250 for 24 months at 12k per year. $11,000 OTD. Unless you really want a 2013 (not a lot of difference that I am aware of other than the model year on the sticker), there are much better incentives on the 2012's.

Hi carman, can I please have the current residual and money factor for a 2012 C300, 10,000 miles per year, 36 month lease?

    Thank you!
  • bobkatgiftsbobkatgifts Member Posts: 4
Thanks for the reply - no, I am not stuck on a 2013 but I am stuck on C-350 that does not have Black Interior or Black Exterior. My OTD price on the above deal was $17,367 - that just seemed awfuly high. No, I have not completed the deal with this dealership in Lakeland, Fl.

    Hi Guys!

I'm on the verge of leasing a 2012 C-250 Sedan for 36 months and I've found out late about all this Money Factor and Residual business!

Can anyone provide the data 10k, 12k, and 15k for that model car for August? (top tier and otherwise)

    Thanks!!!
  • bobkatgiftsbobkatgifts Member Posts: 4
The money factor is negotiable and is based on your FICO score.

OK Here ya go and thx to all for your informative posts, payback time:
    $46K sticker C3004Matic Lux
    24mo 10Kmi Due at Driveaway at $470
    Monthly at $436 incl tax

No problem datkins. It happens all the time.

Mercedes-Benz is not providing any lease support on 24-month leases of the 2013 C250 Sedan right now either, so again you're looking at the standard money factor. MB Finance's current 24-month, 15,000 mile per year residual value for this car is 69%.

Hi gvitalik1. Through September 4th, Mercedes-Benz Financial's buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 C250 Sedan with 10,000 miles per year are .00132 and 60%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2012 C300 Sedan 4Matic are .00094 and 59%.

The residual value for a lease with only 7,500 miles per year would be 1% higher.

Hello, looking to lease 2012 MB C300 for first time and wanted to get an estimated monthly amount I should expect to pay based on the following:
    - excellent credit
    - USAA member
    - $2000 down
    - 24 month lease
    - 12K or 15K miles per year
    - 7% tax rate

Thanks in advance for the help...

    Hi Carman,

Thank you so much for the info! But I had very little time between when you posted and September 4th.

I was on a business trip and could not manage to do the numbers and deal with the dealership in time. Can you post September's MF and Residual for the c250 Sport Sedan, just like before 15k, 12k and 10k for 36 months?

    Thank you very much!
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
Hello rktmn0. I would be happy to use Mercedes-Benz's actual lease program to work up a payment on this car for you. However, in order for me to do so I need you to provide me with its MSRP and selling price, or at least its MSRP and dealer invoice price.

I completely understand amarillo5. Mercedes-Benz Financial's September buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 C250 Sport Sedan with 15,000 miles per year are .00132 and 55%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The residual value for a lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher. The residual value for a lease with 10,000 miles per year would be 3% higher.

Does Anyone know if Mercedez Benz Finanicial will provide a lease on a used Benz?
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
You're welcome rktmn0. Thank you for the additional information. According to my calculations, if you were to lease a 2012 C300 4Matic that has an MSRP of $39,985 and a selling price of $39,000 through Mercedes-Benz Financial right now for 24 months with 15,000 miles per year, your zero down, pre-tax monthly payment would be around $539.

The payment for an otherwise identical 36-month lease would be $488.

Of note, if I was in the market for this car right now, I personally would want a larger dealer discount than $985. If you're in an area that has a decent level of competition I wouldn't be surprised if you were able to knock another grand or more off.

Yes, expoguide1, Mercedes-Benz Financial does lease CPO vehicles. However, the deals on CPO vehicle leases often are not that great.

Certainly truetao. Mercedes-Benz Financial's September buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 C250 Sedan with 10,000 miles per year are .00128 and 62%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

I am signing my lease tomorrow and need advice as to whether this is a good deal. My first Mercedes. It will be signed on October 1st but it gets the September incentives. Dealer wants me to close by October 1st.
Sticker price of $46.,925. 2013 c300 luxury sedan. (metallic blue, premium 1 package, keyless go and multimedia package). My selling price is $41,349. I got a $2000 ABA fleet discount (also qualify for USAA but can't use both). I assume I can't also get an AAA discount?
I was told that on my 24 month lease, the residual is 72%. Money factor of .00085 I am doing auto pay
My lease payments will be $378 w/o taxes or $409 taxes included. They would not include maintenance
I am not putting any money down..just paying fees upfront ...
    Bank fee $900
    Transfer fee $60
    Miscellaneous fees
I got one other quote from a dealer that also had the costco rate and that quote was $409 a month before taxes so I figured this was a good deal at $409 after taxes.
Please let me know if this is good and anything I should do at my lease signing. Can I get free winter floor mats etc?
    Thanks you.
Also at the US Open I had a $500 customer appreciation coupon but they won't combine that with the fleet program with ABA or USAA. Any way I can use that?
Also the lease has a fee of $700 when I return the car that I don't pay if I lease another Mercedes.
Thanks so much for your help.
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
Yes, truetao, it is entirely possible that Mercedes' lease program will change every month.

This will be my first Mercedes lease and I was wondering if it is as good as the salesman makes it sound:
A neighbor who is a Mercedes sales rep offered me the following deal over the phone today that I have to act on by Oct. 15 (due to his employee money or employee purchase program benefit expiring on Oct.15)---This was offered verbally, not in writing:
    21013 C250 Luxury Sedan (White/Almond MB-TEX)
    Premium 1 Pkg.
    Multimedia Pkg.
    Keyless-Go
    Lane Tracking Pkg.
    MSRP: $43,465
    Selling Price: $37,000
$1,800 down to cover Lic, Reg, Fees. first month's payment
24-month lease with 10K miles: $380 including CA tax.
He says he will include maintenance service for free if I bring it in to his dealership.
He also says he will give me $500 towards paying off last two months of my current VW lease which ends in December.
I hate being pressured and was wondering if this deal was too good to pass up or too good to be true.
Thank you very much for your help!

I've taken two of the deals that are posted in teh last week (C300 and C250) to my dealership (Coral Gables MB). Both deals have similarly priced 2013 cars. My car has a MSRP of $44,285. The best they are offering me is a 24 month payment with $1350 inception and a payment with taxes of $461. What am I missing? This includes a $2k Conquest discount (I'm also eligible for ABA discount, but can't apply both). How do I get the payment below $400 per month like those two deals?
  • ekh443ekh443 Member Posts: 20
FYI, just went to the dealer and they are quoting me a .00110 MF and 69% residual on a 2013 C250 sedan for 24 months and 15k miles per year. I think I'm going for it.
  • truetaotruetao Member Posts: 64

    Selling price $39,000 even.
    Term 24 months
    Money Factor .00129

Hi guys, Im about to lease a 2013 c300 sport and i will be coming off of my 2010 c300. I have a deal worked out but this is my concern. i have few month remaning in my current lease and i qualify for the payment waiver. now, im car was keyed. a single line all around, plus needs tires and the 2 front sensors are missing. i took a pump on the payment which will cut back a check to me which as per the sales person, will mirror the exact dollar amount MB will bill me for. they will walk around the car and with their ipad and MB special app will mark down and determine MB lease-returned inspection charge. Has anyone done this before? is this safe to do? is there an expesifict way for me to cover myself if later on there is a discrepancy on the amount? the sales person also mention that i will only be charged for over mileage which im only 21k on a 36k allowance. thank you guys for any info.

I'm in the market for a C350 COUPE and I'm interest to know the Money factor and residuals.

    Thank you in advance! :shades:

Certainly Krovopiytza. Mercedes-Benz Financial's November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 30-month lease of a 2012 C300 Sedan 4Matic with 12,000 miles per year are .00087 and 66% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are .00087 and 61%. You might be able to use the 36-month numbers for a 39-month lease if this car is eligible for MB's "Value Added" program.

The residual values for a lease with only 10,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.

I’m looking to lease a 2013 Mercedes C300 with a $43,780 MRSP. In my state they calculate sales tax (7.25%) on the selling price of the car not each monthly payment. For 39 months, the dealer is using a 61% residual and a 0.00087 money factor. We’re talking 10,000 miles a year. There’s a $2,000 rebate and the dealer is taking $2,000 off the sticker. My out of pockets (including 1st monthly payment of $474) total $1,839. Is this a good deal? Or can I do better?
