Interesting. Using the edmunds lease calculator and a cap cost of $21K, it shows a $244/ month car payment for 36 months. It'd be a great car to buy out at lease end for $13K & change (assuming no issues & I can live with it for an extended period of time)

.00054 MF and 56% for Limited.

Add 1% to either for 12K/yr residual

.00038 and .00060, respectively... residuals are the same.

If it's a base 4-door, the MF is .00038 and the residual is 58%. Any idea of the selling price on this deal?

yes, i was given both of those numbers as well (.00038 and 58%)...not sure on selling price...was just given MSRP ($20,249)...so you're telling me i have a good deal on my hands???

Well.. if they are using the base MF rate, that's a good start. But, the selling price is important. Also, a breakdown of the $2500, to make sure they aren't adding any hidden profit in that amount.

With those numbers, I get a payment of $215/mo, so your deal looks pretty good.. taking into account that $450 isn't a very big discount from MSRP.

.00045 MF and 58%/59% residual.

Subtract 2%/4% from residuals for 39mo/42mo., but MFs go up to .00070/.00085, respectively

$275/ month with $3k down. We did not have T1 credit.

Since we don't have the rates, this month... couldn't really say.

Plus, we don't know your MSRP, selling price, tax rate/state or how much extra you are paying because of non-Tier 1 credit.

How do you like it?

No complaints, definitely happy with our decision. The upgrades to the infotainment system are nice. The center console is very neat and clutter free. The voice recognition though is terrible. Pickup was better then I was expecting, stopped on a steep hill during the test driver and it didn't feel like the car had to work at all to get up the hill from zero. Had an old Outback that definitely would not have liked that. Back seat is roomier as well. I am 5'-11", 210lbs and with the drivers seat set for me, it still felt comfortable in the back.

The original quoted lease price with T1 credit was $250/month.
MSRP was $20,995 +$1k for the CVT+ a few extras, final agreed value of the car was $22,966.
Car was purchased in the 12590 zip code, upstate NY.

Hope this helps others make a decision.

.00042 MF and 59% residual.

In OH, tax is applied to the sum of payments, plus any upfront taxable amounts, and paid upfront.
Of course, you can always have the dealer roll that tax into the cap cost.

Base manual hatchback is .00110 MF and 61% residual. So, numbers would be different, but similar. Lease payment would be higher on the Sport Premium, mostly because of the higher price (MSRP and selling)
