I'm looking to lease a 2004 Audi A6 2.7T Quattro Sedan. I'd like to find out what the current money factor and residuals are for 36 or 39 (if available) month lease at 12,000 miles per year. Also, please let me know if there is any lease cash or dealer incentives available that can be combined with the lease.
Thanks,
Dave
By the way, my car has been ordered and I'm just waiting for it now - the delivery date is for July, but I want see how the residuals and MF's are changing month by month.
Thanks for your help again!!
MF .00035
Residual 36 mo./15K 54%
Residual 39 mo. /15K 52%
Plus, I've been able to easily negotiate $500. above invoice. Good month to go for the allroad. Take advantage of it.

Many thanks for your advice, I recently got a great deal on a V6 cayenne-Anyway, we are also in the market for the RX330, AWD, Premium plus package, heated seats, mats, wheel locks, MSRP=$41,838, Selling price=$38,000- 15K, 39months- can you give me an idea of lease payments, residuals and money factors, thanks-
My situation is that I'm getting Audi loyalty money ($1000. towards cap cost), and Audi Financial is giving me 500. towards leasing an Audi or VW (long story on a LL'd car). So when you add it all up, I'm paying about 501./mo. on this allroad. Quite the deal since last year at this time, the same numbers for the exact same car, same deal over invoice (500.) but MF of .00025 residual of 50% came to $531. The 04' allroad is about 1200. less than the 03' model....Time to act since they're not building anymore 04's...

After looking at the Forester I am now focusing on the XS with an MSRP of $25,476 and a selling price of $23,200. I live in Westchester NY and am looking to lease for 36 months with either 10k or 12k per year. What is the residual and money factor for this car? Any incentives? Could you give me a ball park lease cost?
You have been very helpful in the past. I have leased two cars with your help.
Thanks

While we're at it, could you do the same for the '04 Volvo S60 R (are there any incentives like the recent $4.5k to seek alternative financing)?
As always thanks! This is a great help in planning for and preparing lease figures.
The selling price for a 2004 EXV6 Accord sedan with navigation, is $26,390.($2500 off of MSRP) The monthly payment for a 36 month lease, with 15,000 miles a year is $398 plus tax. The residual is 52%, and the money
factor is .00128.
Compared to buying for 6 years at 4% interest:
412 per month...
If you get the same car without Navigation, and get the same amount off MSRP, your payment will be about $45/month less. That is assuming the same MF and a 2% higher residual (which I think is correct for non-NAV models).
$45/mo. is a lot for one option, IMHO.

Just checking back in to see if you have the May programs yet for the bmw 330xi and infiniti g35x (both for 12K/36 months)
Thanks.
I made up my mind. I'm getting an S4. Could you please tell me the MF and residual and provide sample lease payments for both 24 months/10,000 and 36 months/10,000 miles in New Jersey (6% tax).
MSRP = 52,220
Selling price = 50,000
Thanks.

Thanks for your recent assistance. I am closing in on a deal for the BMW X5 4.4 (MSRP $59,700, 12,000 miles per year for 3 years, $0 down) and the 745i (MSRP $79,600, 15,000 miles per year for 3 years, $0 down). Please tell me the up-to-date May money factors and residual values (% of purchase cost) for these 2 vehicles.
Also, aside from saying "CarMan told me", how do I prove to the salesman that I know the accurate numbers for these 2 variables?
Terry.
Thanks
You need to be "around" $1,500ish over invoice, figure the $1150 on this deal (plus your leasing 2 Fat Daddys) ... so figure "about" $2,500 over invoice on the 7, and let them kick the other $1150 off the X5, thats fair for both, plus it's easier for you to watch the numbers this way ............

As far as leasing this car goes, American Honda Finance corp.'s 3 year, 15,000 miles per year residual value for a 2004 Accord EX V6 L W/Navi is currently 52%. Its selling price should be exactly the same, regardless of whether you are paying cash, financing, or leasing it. The price that you receive will depend upon how good a job you do at negotiating and comparison shopping. You should be able to get a good idea of what this model is selling for right now by stopping by the following discussion: KarenS "Honda Accord: Prices Paid & Buying Experience" May 9, 2004 10:19am.

As far as the 2004 Infiniti G35x goes, if you were to lease one through Infiniti Financial Services this month for 3 years with 12,000 miles per, its base lease money factor and residual value should be .00174 and 53%, respectively.

2004 SLK230 - AT, metallic paint, comfort, heated seats
2004 325xi - AT, metallic paint, leather, premium pkg, cold weather pkg
Also, the MB dealer still has a new 2003 SLK230 in the warehouse. How do they calculate these same numbers for that car? And how much under invoice would it be reasonable to offer for the 2003 (they still have LOTS of 2004s in the warehouse as well)?
Thanks!

If you have $15K equity to play with, either sell the current ride privately and lease the Beemer, or trade in on a purchase rather than a lease.
If you were to borrow, say, $25K at current rates (3.9%), you could own the BMW outright in 4 years for $563 a month according to my calculations.
My 2 cents.
msrp - 28,980
Residual 73% - 21,155
Lease term - 24 months / 12K miles per year
selling price - 25,451
Monthly payment 249 per month
down payment 999 that includes 249 1st month payment, 282 cap cost reduction, 398 doc fee and 61 registration.
I was told to negotiate the on msrp and it looks like the selling price is down to 25451. How does that help me in the when If I want to purchase the vehicle at lease end I would pay 73% of msrp to buy the vehicle. In essence, I am paying close to 29,000 at that time (to include my deposit and lease payments). Also, where is the 500 Honda dealer cash.
I am told there is no deposit and no disposition fee at the end.
I feel that these numbers are not geared to be a good for me.... Good deal for the dealer and honda.
Can you please help me with these numbers and provide any insight to take back to the dealer for a better? deal.
I have recently found the discussion tread. What a great site. Keep up the good work.
Thanks again in advance.
I think you might save yourself a little grief on the 03 if your trying to grab it for under invoice, and maybe head towards the 04's .. even though they might have a few new ones standing, they will sell or maybe even lease the 03 .. Spring has sprung in the Chi-town area and their not distressed merchandise ...
Terry.
