SV / SV Premium have the same numbers - .00003 and 49% for 36/10. Subtract 1% for 39 months.

Would these numbers be likely to change in March versus now in Feb?

Add 1% for SV Sport. Subtract 1% for 39 months.

.00003 MF and 49% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr. As far as I know, NMAC doesn't offer 10K/yr leases.

39 month residual is 48%.

The dealer is not allowed to adjust the residual; it is set by the bank.

Hi - hoping for some help here.. i just signed a purchase order of $500 deposit for a Nissan Maxima 2014 SV Value package (36,506 MSRP). The deal is 39months/12k miles per year with 300/month + 3,000 + plates. (supposedly this price including the monthly includes tax (8.75%) and fees so only plates in addition.) I think the guy said 49% depreciation factor but wouldn't share the money factor other than it's in "Tier 0". Total cost of owning the car over the 39 months including all fees+taxes = 15,050

I'm waiting for their call now to go pick up the car at some point this week and sign the contract. Am i making a good move here? Can i do anything at this point? Also, what if they try and add additional fees when i go to sign the contract...

Is the deposit refundable? If so, no worries. If not, you haven't signed the actual contract and taken delivery, so at worst you'd be out the $500.

The current 39/12 numbers for the Maxima SV are .00003 and, I think, 48% residual. Could be 49%.

If you know the selling price, we can model a payment.

Also, get the dealer to provide a breakdown of the $3000 they want at signing.

I was hoping to get the TrueCar estimate which was close to 29,000 (that was for the sport model).. So maybe a bit lower than that - 27,000. Regarding the signing 3000 - i told them i wanted to include everything so that should be the acquisition fee of 695 + 75 in documentation fee.

Im thinking there should be very good deals since the new model is due out very very soon...im thinking you could probably pick up the SV for under $300 a month with no money down...im going to call some dealers this week and find out more

We actually have numbers for the 2016 Maxima already. There have been killer deals on the '14 Maxima for some months now.

May I have 39 months and 36 months with 12k and 10k. Any lease cash ? I guess 24month leases are not competitive.

Be careful... 300 a month zero down is not a good deal at all
