Volvo XC60 Lease Questions

I'm new to leasing, and I received the deal told me that the residual value on a 2015.5 AWD XC60 platinum package was $25,703 with a MF of .00031 on a 39 month lease. Does these numbers sound reasonable or high?

I suspect this is for the T5 trim - the base MF for 39 months is .00021, so your dealer is marking that up on you for a bit of extra profit.

I just got This deal. Xc60 t5 fwd platinum. Bliss and booster seats. MSRP $46880. 1500 cash 39 months 12,000 miles. $545 a month including taxes. Did I get screwed?

What was the selling price? Breakdown of the $1500?

Selling price $43330. $ 1500 was not down payment. I guess first month. Transfer of tag and all those inception and dealer fees they come up with.

MF is .00009 and 39/12 residual is 49%. With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $530.90.

Hi, i've been reading these forums for months now, and I think this is an awesome thing that you do. Thanks so much for this. I have a couple questions.

I just came back from my local Volvo dealer and I was looking at a XC60 T6 AWD. I was told there was a special going on right now on the T6 leases. The salesman gave me the following numbers:

MSRP: $46, 915 (T6 AWD, Convenience, Proximity packages)
Selling: $43,195
Residual: 52%
MF: 0.00026
Term: 39

Do those match the numbers you have? My second question is: What are the lease numbers for the T5 AWD?

We don't have May numbers for Volvo, unfortunately..

Here are the numbers from another thread.
I was told that there was a special rate for the T6 over 39 months for the month of May. It does look like they reduced the residual on me.

These are for 36month 12,000miles

T5 - .00021 and 53%

T6 - .00043 and 55%
