    Hello!

    What are the Residuals and MFs for a 24mo/36mo 12k miles on a 2015 Hybrid Limited in Southern California?

    Are the numbers better in Iowa?

    Any incentives or deals this month or coming up next month?

    .00045 MF for Avalon Hybrid - 24 or 36 months, but no residual information.

    No lease cash that I see; use the "Car Research" tab at the top to link to current customer incentives.

    Can't predict what will happen with the numbers next month.

    Can you please post lease deals (MF, residual, any lease cash) currently in Northern California for Avalon Hybrid Limited. Thanks. I saw someone else's contract for 3yr/36k miles with .00030MF and residual said 58% plus residual add of 2% ( I guess that means 60%?). Also what happens if the car in question is a dealer demo / exec car with 3k miles already on it -- how to adjust contract for miles, in-service-date, excess miles etc.?

    58% for 36/12 and .00001 MF.

    The extra miles are deducted from the calculated residual using a per mile rate - somewhere between .10-.25 per mile. But, you should be able to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker, as well.

    67% for 24/12 and 58% for 36/12, all trims.

    .00030 MF. I see no incentives for NorCal.

    Using a lease calculator I cannot get the monthly
    Payment number of 451 . I obtain a number
    Closer to 400

    Can someone explain the difference.

    I'll guess that the lease cash is already figured into the sale price, and then add the acquisition fee and tax?

    Ask for the NET cap cost, to find out the answers.

    With those numbers, I get $415/mo.+tax. Does the $451/mo. include tax?
    If tax rate is 9%, then that puts it pretty close.
