2016 Mazda CX-5 lease

I'm looking to lease the 2016 Mazda cx-5. The dealer found the model I'm looking for but it has 200 miles on it. He said the 200 miles will be deducted from the warranty and the allotted miles per year. Should I be concerned about it having 200 miles on it already, or is that customary? Thank you.

What term and mileage are you leasing it for?

The warranty starts at zero miles, so yes, it will have 200 less miles of warranty.. but, if your mileage allowance is 30K miles or 36K miles, you get the whole amount, no matter what the starting mileage..

If they say different, I'd wonder if they had to take this car back, and are trying to pull some shenanigans..

36/12. He said the car will be under warranty for the duration of the lease and I will get my entire 36k miles. Is it possible the test drives and normal dealer usage accounts for the 200 miles? Is there any way I can find out if they had to take the car back b/c of a problem with it?

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it.. You have no way to verify anything the dealer would tell you about the car.

2016 CX-5 AWD touring with moonroof/bose pkg, tech pkg and a few other minor options. MSRP = $30,830
36/MO 10K/yr with $0 cap cost reduction paying 1st & TTL upfront. OTD = $1,600. 35 payments @ $307.

What is the selling price / cap cost? What is the breakdown of the $1600 due at signing?

Looking for mf/residual for both 2016 cx-5 awd grand touring and touring and same for a 2015.

And if there are any cash incentives on the 2015.

No 2015 CX-5 lease numbers for July ... I guess Mazda has stopped supporting them.

2016 GT AWD 36/15 - 58% and .00013. Add 2% for 12K.

Hi, I was just quoted 16' CX 5 manual, 36 mo lease, 10k miles at MF.00099. I'm in SF, CA. Is this accurate? $325/month OTD for 36 mo/10K miles. Kind of pricey in my opinion for base model. The most I would go is $250/month 36 months, 10k miles...is that realistic?

.00013 and 54%. Dealer can mark up the MF. Do you have top tier credit? That can also increase the MF.

What is the MSRP and selling price?

MSRP is 23005, Selling is 21734. they want $600 upfront for first payment + taxes, titles, fees

After 2 weeks of looking and negotiating, I'm looking at $285/mo OTD for 36months at 10K miles + 600 drive off which will cover the first month payment and taxes for a 16' CX 5 manual. I'm okay with this, but want a second opinion. Thanks.

AWD?

Numbers are the same for both trim levels - .00013 and 58% for 36/15. Add 2% for 12K

I'm planning to pick up the car sometime tomorrow evening. And the final lease price is $288 (including tax) x 36 months + $600 Drive Off @ 12K miles. I'm pretty happy with this. I was also doing research that some dealers will charge a fee after the lease is up to return the car. I would like to know if this is the case as well for the 2016 Mazda CX 5.

Dealers don't charge disposition fees, but the bank does. It's pretty standard on all leases.
