36/15 - 57% and .00103. Add 2% for 12K and 3% for 10K

Destination is charged by the manufacturer and is on the window sticker. Acquisition is charged by the bank writing the lease.

wait, I made a Mistake, I have been looking a too many vehicles for me and my wife.

I was quoted MF.0009 and RV 54% on a Premium+Nav 39m/12

with a discount of $1250 below Invoice.

Unless the dealer is using a 3rd party bank for their lease quotes ... in which case I won't be able to validate anything they tell you.

I confirm the .00059 MF and 58% residual for the 2015 Legacy Premium for 36/15, and 54% and .00091 for the CrossTrek Limited 39/15.

And, do you know your specific score? 650 puts you at tier 4, while 660 is tier 3. Big difference in MF (.00030) between the two.

59% and .00104 are the lease numbers for the XV Crosstrek Limited 36/12 (tier 1). Tier 3 MF is .00154 and Tier 4 MF is .00184.

Using the MSRP and Adjusted Cap Cost you've provided, I get a payment of $310.50/mo for Tier 3 and $323.24/mo for Tier 4.

Looks like the dealer is quoting your payment based on tier 3.

I used the $25,642 number to calculate my payment, which matches the dealer quote.

Looks like a little bit of the up front money is being used as a down payment.

yep, I called back and the dealer said the he made a "Mistake", long story short he scred up on both quotes for me on a Legacy and Crosstrek

0 down, tax 6.25 rolled in
39m lease ( he said is better than 36m)
RV he corrected 57% (16,180) for 10k miles, 56% for 12k, and 54% for 15 (which he used by "Mistake")

I get around $310/m

the dealer quoted at $332/m, which means there is $1800 total in other fees.

wow such a big difference in Tiers from brand to brand!!! I was told that at Honda Tier 1 starts at 650, and in Subaru 650 is a Tier 4...

Could I have the MF/R% on a 2015 Crosstrek Limited in Washington state -- 36/12K?

Being told the R% is 0.56. Looking at a stock(ish) Limited and having trouble getting below 275 (incl. 9.5% tax, so 251.14 pretax) a month with 2k down.

Is that a good price? I'm told sticker is 26145 and sale price is 23896, but I have no clue if it's a good rate.

Hi. For a 12K/36 lease on a 2015 Crosstrek Limited in CA I was quoted a MF of .00170 and RF of 60%. Does this seem right? Also, I'm sorry for newbie question, but can the MF be negotiated, or is it just what it is? The car I want only exists at one dealer (in fact I'm flying to get it) so I can't really shop around for it. Thanks for any help.
