CarMan Sorry to bother you again wondering if the October numbers were out yet? MF, residual and incentives for the 2015 and 2015.5 XC70 T5, Drive E, FWD , Platinum, Dual Stage Child Booster? 36/10K & 39/10K THANKS Again!
2015 - .00165 and 55% for 36/10. Subtract 2% for 39 months. $2000 lease cash.
2015.5 - .00039 and 56% for 36/10. Subtract 1% for 39 months. No lease cash.
Thank you... Possibly a stupid question but how does the "$2000 lease cash" break down? I currently lease 2 cars neither of them are Volvo's though. Many thanks!

Lease cash is like a rebate. Can either be used to lower the transaction price or it can be used to cover the up front fees, taxes, etc.
Can't thank you enough for the quick response! So lease cash is different then say "loyalty" or "conquest"? If Volvo is offering any other incentives such as loyalty or conquest can I combine them with the 2k lease cash?

Yes, lease cash is different than loyalty or conquest.
Use the Car Research tab at the top of the page to get a list of current incentives. I believe the lease cash is stackable with the others.
CarMan Another question... Can you give me the MF, residual and incentives for the 2015 XC70 T6, AWD, Premier Plus, BLIS, Dual Stage Child Booster? Thanks again for this!

.00165 MF and 55% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr. $2000 Volvo lease cash.
CarMan (or anyone else that might have some insight) Would it be unreasonable of me to ask a dealer to apply the "$2000 lease cash" on the 2015 XC70 on top of "Price Promise" or "True Car" pricing? For example: Say the MSRP for the 15' XC70 that I'm looking at is $48,825 and the "True Car" price estimate is $43,101, Should I be asking for 2K in lease cash on top of that? So a sale price of $41,101. So far it most dealers are telling me the 2k lease cash was used to arrive at the "Price Promise" or "True Car" price. Thanks for all your help.

The $2000 is a dealer incentive, so it most likely was accounted for in any price quote.
The dealer just mentioned an acq fee of $995 they then called it a "bank" fee. Is this legit? This $995 fee is on-top of the destination fee. I'm trying to get all the numbers so I can post them for you guys. Thanks, this forum is truly great!
Okay I won't say this is the last time I will bug you, but I hope it is! When I calculate the lease on a 2015.5 xc70 with an msrp of $42,950 and a sale price of $38,995 using 56% residual, MF of .00039, and 9% So. Cal Sales Tax, I get a monthly payment of $446.31 including tax. Am I doing something wrong? Below is what I just got from the dealer: 1) MSRP: $42,950 2) Residual: 56% 24,052 3) Cash Price: $38,995 4) TTL Add to Cap: 1,075 - ???? I'm not sure what this is? 5) Adjusted Cap Cost: $40,070 6) Money Factor: .00039 7) Term: 36months 8) License Fee: $354 9) Doc Tax: 9% 10) Cap Tax1 RT/Amt: 9% 11) Ttl UpFrnt Fees: $37.75 12) Acq Fee Tax: 9% 13) Base Monthly Payment: $469.95 14) Monthly Use Tax 9%: $42.30 15) Ttl Monthly Payment: $512.25 16) Drive Off: $904.00

All leases have an acquisition fee.. The base fee on the Volvo is $695. Your dealer is marking up the fee for extra profit.
Beware of any quote that breaks out the destination fee.... the price is the price. Adding the destination fee on to a negotiated price is just obfuscation.

4) The Add to CAP is that inflated acq.fee and the $80 dealer doc fee (max allowed in CA).
Your payment calculates exactly.. If you are happy with the $4000 discount (minus the extra $300 on the acq.fee markup), then it's a solid deal.
I am looking for MF and residual on a 2016 XC70 T5-Drive-E for 10k/36 months, and 12k/36 months. There is also an offer ending today on no lease payments for 3 months - will this be included in the dealer's calculations?
This is the deal that I am evaluating, but has a $4000 downpayment - I am trying to negotiate MSDs instead of downpayment.
Special $369 for 36 months with $3,995 down payment offer valid on new and unregistered 2016 XC70 FWD 4dr Wgn T5 Drive-E Premier (XC70T5) to well-qualified lessees approved by Volvo Car Financial Services. Not all lessees will qualify. Higher lease rates apply for lessees with lower credit ratings. Actual net capitalized cost $37,560. Net capitalized cost excludes $695 acquisition fee, and may include all applicable offers and incentives of up to $500 for qualified lessees which includes 2016 Volvo Loyalty Customer Cash [] ($500). Total monthly payments $13,284. Option to purchase at lease end $25,925.

Thanks Ranga.
I don't believe Volvo does an MSD program. I agree that putting any amount down on a lease is a bad idea - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.
36/12 numbers for XC70 T5 Drive-E are .00062 and 56%. Add 1% for 10K.
You should be able to beat the advertised deal with some decent negotiating skills.
To the Moderrators: Thank you for your helpfulness with everyone's questions - it's definitely appreciated!
I have a similar request: I'm looking for MF and Residual for 2016 XC70 T-5 AWD Platinum. 36/10k | 36/12k | 39/10k | 39/12k
Is anybody able to achieve sub-invoice pricing for the purchase price (i.e. $500 or $1k under invoice)? And, how flexible has Volvo been with negotiating MF's, or are those fixed based on the current leasing programs being offered?

Add 1% for 10K/yr. $750 lease cash.
.00094 is the base rate. That is the best you can get. Your dealer may attempt to mark up the money factor for additional profit.
My preference is the 2015 so I can get the T6 (and the polestar upgrade). I see a few in stock near me, but is volvo still supporting leases on that model year?

My dealer is telling me that for a 48 month lease, the residual value is 50%. This seems like a huge departure from 57% for 36 mos. Can anyone confirm? MF seems to have improved to .00084 as well. At least, that's what I'm being quoted.

Sorry, we didn't get any Volvo numbers for March.
That said, a drop like that from 36 to 48 months isn't unheard of .. primarily to encourage folks to go with a 36 month lease term.
