What residual, money factor. and incentives can I expect for 10.5k miles (I assume that's the lowest) and 36 months for a 2014 (or 2015) C-Max Energi?

What lease term and how many miles per year?

How much is due at lease signing? Any of that cap reduction?

Is the net cap really $30k less $11K in rebates?

Looking for assistance with a Cmax Energi lease, first time leasing a car. 2015 Energi, 301a pkg, blue candy metallic. Residual seems low compared to other posts on here even at 19.5k, possibly some room in the cap cost too?

The 34% residual is correct for the 2015 Energi for 36/19.5K.

The tax credits are already accounted for in the net cap cost, which is almost $12K lower than the MSRP.

.50% MF.

Using your numbers, I get a payment of $317.37/mo before tax, so pretty close to your quote.

There are unbelievable deals on any remaining 2015 C-max Energis. Here is what I just got in MD, for a 36/12K lease on an Energi w/navigation:

MSRP: 33,955
Cap Cost - 29,942
Down - 0
Rebates - 13007 (including 250 lease conquest)
Acq Fee - 645
Tax - 1800 (roughly)
Lic/Reg/Dealer Fee - 765
Residual: .39
Rate: 0.5

Payment: 198.76 - PLUS I will get a check for $950 from the state for an EV excise tax credit.

A lot of it depends on the state, and it varies. We don't have VA.

Numbers updated on April 19th.

I see mostly $9757 or $10,257 for lease cash.

APRs look to be 0.25%/0.50% APR or 0.50%/0.75% APR for 36/39 months.

Residuals have not changed, as those are updated quarterly.

Thank You Michaell, I was told by a sales guy that there is a 39month lease term. Is that true ? Is it better in terms of RV and MF to go with a 39mon/15k lease than a 36mon/15k for the C-Max Energi in Maryland ? Also is there lease cash on offer ?
