I went to Nissan dealer trying to lease a 2015 pathfinder SV, but after checking all the fees I saw a few fees I am not sure is that is a real fees or they are trying to get extra money from me, because they gave me cap cost reduction for $614.38 to reduce the net cap cost, but after that they added the same amount on the extras fee plus tax from that quantity, plus doc. and fee registration etc.

because they want to charge me $1550 for drive offs, less the first payment is aprox. $1,095 with all the fees that the dealer wants charging me, I want to make sure if that is correct amount I should pay.

Acquisition fee, dealer and DMV fees could equal $1095.

What is the $2100 for "lease turn in"?

yes the $2100 is a lease turn in with extra miles I have.

If you check the paper with the numbers they gave me, Dealer wants me to put $1000 for down payment plus the $550 lease discount to cover drive offs amount, after the capitalized cost adjusted of $34,418.62, they put Acquisition fee on the amount of the cap cost adjusted not on the extras fees they charged me at the end of the negotiation

Acquisition fee - $595 ( dealer include this fee on the adjusted cap cost )

Dealer fees charged me (including first payment) after the capitalized cost adjusted of $34,418.62
    cap cost - reduction $614.38
tax - cap cost reduction $49.15
    first monthly payment $454.32
    registration fee - $308
    Doc fee - $80
    Sales Tax - doc. fee - $6.40
    California tire fee - $8.75
    EVR fee $29

    TOTAL $1550
Dealer asking to put $1000 down payment from my pocket, plus the $550 lease discount equal $1550 to cover those charges.

I know I have to pay the Acquisition fee, dealer and DMV fees like you said, but why the dealer is trying to charge me on the fees $614.38 for cap cost reduction and the tax on cap cost reduction $49.15.

If you check in the picture, the dealer gave me that discount to low the capitalized cost, but after they gave me the cap cost reduction, they put the same amount of cap cost reduction plus taxes on the fees I have to cover with the $1550 they are asking at the end of the negotiation, that I can not understand because dealer gave me discount and then they are charging me the same discount on the dealer fees.

This are the fees I thing is ok to pay NOT including the $614.38 cap cost - reduction and $49.15 tax - cap cost reduction they charged me.
Not put Acquisition fee because dealer already put that amount on the capitalized cost adjusted.

    first monthly payment $454.32
    registration fee - $308
    Doc fee - $80
    Sales Tax - doc. fee - $6.40
    California tire fee - $8.75
    EVR fee $29

    TOTAL $886.47

    WHAT DO YOU THINK??

    I AM CORRECT ??

Forgot to mention something, that TOTAL amount of the fees I calculated of $886.47 - $550 (lease discount) = $336.47

So I think $336.47 is the right amount I should pay at the end of the negotiation NOT the $1550 the dealer is asking for.

The $550 rebate is where the CAP cost reduction is coming from. And, since it's a rebate, it's taxed.

I still don't understand why the dealer discount me the CAP cost reduction from the cap cost and at the end of the negotiation charged me again that amount, how they calculated that amount $614.38 from where, I leased a 2015 Nissan Sentra from other dealer and I didn't see nothing about charging me CAP cost reduction, that's why I am aware about this amount, I also got rebate on the Sentra but not extra charges like the cap cost reduction.

He isn't charging you the $614. He is giving you a breakdown of the $1550. Your $1000 + the $550 rebate.
