Money factor & Residual for 328GT

Can you please tell me what the money factor and Residule value is for the 2015 BMW 328ixGT AND 335GT is for 12,000 miles. Also if possible can you tell me what they were for Dec. 2014?

    .00129 MF and 64% residual for either model, for 36 months. $1000 Anniversary Credit.

    No information about last December.

    Crystal ball is murky when it comes to trying to predict what the numbers and incentives will be in future months. Last year, IIRC, there were some decent incentives available, but I think that was because BMW and MB were in a race for top spot amongst luxury manufacturers.

    The MF doesn't change too much month to month for BMW, so if they want to increase sales, they either bump up the residual or add some lease cash to the deal.

    Hello out there, can someone please tell me what is the money factor and residual for the 2015 BMW 328Xi GT for October 15 ,and what should I offer on one that is priced at 53K. Thanks in advance,

    P.S. there is only one dealership in the KC area but they are starting to get 2016's on the lot

    .00134 MF and 62% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr. $1500 buildout cash.

    At least 7% off MSRP, then subtract the $1500.

    2015 - 56% and $3000 buildout allowance
    2016 - 58% and $1000 option allowance

    Figures for 2017 330xi GT, 36mos/12k in Connecticut...please and thank you! Also, I know BMW offers that program where you can buy down the money factor with multiple security deposits. Do you know how much each deposit lowers it? What's the max you can lower it, 7 payments? Thanks!
