    2016 BMW 650 IX gran coupe. 36/12 and 36/10. Also can you comment how they come with a lease for $1059 on BMW lease site. Thanks. I am new to leasing, i have always bought my BMWs in the past.

    Would need to know the MSRP and selling price to calculate a lease payment. No idea how BMW gets the $1059 on the website.

    Please provide the mf and residual for a 2016 640 I and 650i Gran coupe and any lease incentive that may be available for them.

    I'd also like to know if there is any purchase incentive for a 2016 650i xdrive gran coupe.

    Any owner loyalty incentives?

    What lease term and how many miles per year?

    There is a $5000 lease credit on the 6-series GC.

    No information on loyalty incentives.

    Hi, just checking for current MF and residuals on the 650i GC for 36mo/7,500mi. Also would like to know how many MSDs can be applied, and the effect on MF for each MSD. Finally, any incentives still active right now?

    7 MSDs can be used, each of which lowers the MF by .00007

    No lease incentives this month.

    I found these numbers on a 2016 640i Gran Coupe on this Edmund site -

    Down Payment: $4,500

    Security Deposit: $0

    Lease Cash: $5,000

    Annual Mileage: 10,000

    Monthly Payment : $769 36month

    and I found a Broker site that is advertising the same yr and model for $714 / 36mo / 10k mi
    with 0 down payment.

    I don't see where in the ad it advertises $0 down.

    And, the Coupe and Gran Coupe are different models, but they have the same lease numbers - .00136 and 58%, $5000 option allowance.
