2016 Audi Q5 Premium Total Price, Residual, MF and Down Payment?

In Seattle area looking at Audi Q5 Premium - 36 month, 12k mile lease and wondering what a great sell price, MF and cash down payment would look like.
So far I have a tentative quote at $4,500 down, 12k miles, 36 mos, $549/mo. Seems the down is more than it should be and the money factor hasn't yet been disclosed (just hasn't come up from my side of the Q&A yet).
First time leasing and the goal will be to buy it after 36 months so residual value is still unknown as well. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.

The residual isn't unknown. It's fixed at 58% of MSRP. Of course, we can't calculate a payment, because you haven't provided the MSRP. Generally, we look for a 6% discount from MSRP, in addition to any other incentives.
How a lease is structured is up to you, not the dealer. They will quote big downpayments, so they can make the monthly seem smaller.
If your intention is to own the vehicle, it's usually financially advantageous to purchase it from the beginning. While the payments will be higher, you'll come out ahead in the end.
