I was told that is with the fleet discount and auto pay discount. But I think these numbers add up based on the base MF of .00055 and 55% residual.
Am I missing something?

Any advice before I take delivery?

All those numbers are correct.
I'd roll all but the 1st payment and DMV into the lease payment.
Adding $2870 to the CAP takes the payment to $762/mo, with $1161 due at signing.

We will need the adjusted cap cost to figure the payment. Be advised that MD taxes the entire selling price, even for a lease. That will make your payment higher, relative to other states.

The cap cost is the negotiated price plus any taxes and fees you don't pay up front.

Without tax.

Dealers often quote a price for a traditional finance sale then manipulate the numbers for a lease.

In PA, 3% is added to the sales tax for a lease.

i think instead of taxing 6%, he taxed 9% for cash option and also taxed either both of one of DMV and document fee. I dont know exactly how he came up with this high tax

Tax on leases in PA is 9%, not 6%.
Doc fees and acquisition fees are also taxable.

MSRP : 63370, Selling : 55295, Leasing 36M/12K, RV: 55%, MF: .00047. According to dealer, Monthly its 699.
First payment as $2346
Acquisition fee = $1095
Monthly = $699
Doc = $552

He is only providing RV as 56% for 36M/10K. Not sure what else to check/make sure before finalizing

I'd ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and the money factor being used.

The adjusted CAP should include the tax (collected upfront in NJ), as well as any DMV fees.
It's likely they are marking up the money factor, as they've marked up the acquisition fee ($795 base).

This is the first time i'm leasing and was wondering if its a decent deal. MSRP was close to $58k and dealer is giving discount around $9k. Residual value giving around $32,000. Appreciate if you can help.

Can anyone also advise if its good idea to include the maintenance cost in the overall lease payment. The dealer suggested $1100 for the duration of the lease (3 years). I am not sure what is the average cost of the maintenance of the GLE350 2017. Thanks.

I'll assume RWD - .00055 and 56%

Texas applies sales tax to the entire selling price - have the dealer share with you the adjusted cap cost. That will give us the numbers to run the payment ourselves, and check their work.

Pretty sure that it would be more than $1100 out of pocket.

Some dealers have been able to residualize the maintenance plan. Ask if the dealer can do that. It would cut your cost to less than half.

As per kyfdx, you need a complete breakdown. The problem is a lot of the data is put into a computer program and many sales people really do not understand the numbers. I priced a GLE yesterday and the paperwork did not have the money factor or aquisition fee. In addition the tax was wrong as it was based on the entire cap cost. Must be specific as to what you need. On your deal you already know the MSRP, residual and money factor. You need to know the adjusted cap cost. Part of your discount is probably due to winter cash of $1500. Good luck and I hope we both can get into the GLE form this holiday season.

The MF markup is adding $18/mo.+tax.
I get the same payment, with the marked up money factor.
I would roll in the taxable fees and the sales tax. (about $3100)
That makes the payment $715/mo. with $1050 due at signing.
($697/mo. w/base MF)

We don't track selling prices, but if $7000 off is good, and you get the base MF, then everything else looks good.
