2017 x5 November numbers

Hi,
Really appreciate this forum. Last month (October) I ordered a 2017 x5 35i, 36 months, 12k a month. Still not in. Wondering if the numbers (money factor and residual) have changed for November. Thanks

    Is BMW coming up with Holiday Incnetive Program before ThanksGiving ?? Nov program is not that great..

    Hello. I want to lease a new 2017 X5. I currently have a 2011 X5 that I own outright. Is it best to sell the 2011 and lease the 2017 separately? I had heard to put as little money down on a lease because if you total the car you are out any down payment money. Is it smart to pay the entire 36 month lease all at once? Thank you.

    You will likely get more money selling your car privately.

    Only want to pay any non-taxable fees and first payment at signing.

    There is an option for a 'one pay' lease, but I don't have the details for the program for BMW.
