What is the residual and MF for a 36/12 lease on a manual 2016 Kia Forte5 SX in NorCal?

    Thanks! How about a 36/10? And if I don't close the deal in the next few days, how much worse do you think it'll be in December?

    Add 1% to the residual.

    No clue on what will happen in December. Depending on inventory, Kia could drop support on the 2016 Forte altogether. That is the worst case scenario, however.
