What is the interest rate and residual for 3 years / 16,500 miles per year? Also, how do you account for the sales tax on rebates and incentives when calculating monthly payment? I only pay first months and DMV at signing.

$2250 lease cash
For NY, calculate the monthly payment without tax.
Then, add the sum of the monthly payments, plus taxable amounts paid upfront (the rebates go here), then multiply that total sum by the tax rate.
Then, take that tax amount and add it to the CAP cost, and re-calculate the payment.Edmunds Price Checker
