  2017 Forester XT Touring with eye-sight, navigation - 15k miles per year, 36 month lease, $5K down, $372 / month , excellent credit - is this a good deal? Dealer wont provide residual/MF

  Need to know the MSRP and selling price.
  
  And, $5K is way too much to put down on a lease - limit it to just the first payment and DMV costs.

  thank you, the selling MSRP is $37, 715 and the dealer is offering $1500 discount. Invoice is around $34600.

  Using $36,215 as the cap cost, I get $422/mo plus tax.
  
  If the dealer isn't willing to be transparent with the numbers, it may be time to find another dealer.
