  Can you provide me with the residual, money factor for a 36/10k and 36/12k lease in NY?
  also
  what % off MSRP would be considered a good deal?

  Thanks! Forgot to mention 36/10. What would be the residual on that around Seattle, WA? Would that be 53% as you quoted above for NY? Thanks again!
