What are the current RV and MF for Allroad Premium Plus 36M/10K? If state matters, it's in Washington state. Does Audi Care impact the numbers? And do the numbers change a lot month to month? Car isn't in stock until June.

.00227 MF and 61% residual.
AudiCare adds 1%
These numbers are good through May 31st. Don't expect them to change much. The allroad is very popular, and it doesn't look like they will need incentives to move them.
Hi! Can I please get the RV and MF for a 2017 Allroad premium plus 36/15and 4/48 for Houston Tx. Different Tier levels also if possible. Trying to figure out why I was given a RV of 58% and a MF of .00327, with no credit check. That MF seems really high! Thank you!

36/15 - .00227 and 58% 48/15 - .00247 and 51%
These numbers are good for tiers 1 and 2; add .00030, .00050, .00065, .00105, .00105 and .00300 for tiers 3-8
Dealer can mark up the MF, and often quote a higher rate before credit is checked, just to be safe.
Thank you. Can you give me the numbers for 48/12 please? I'm trying to keep the lease under warranty. What are the typical fees associated with the lease? The numbers they gave me seem way off! The MSRP is higher than what I asked for a quote for, they added some other kind of phantom fp fee (appears to be some type of theft deterrent), then 1088 non tax fee? The vehicle i priced out to order is 52600. i was going to offer 50000, including incentives and discounts.

48/12 - .00247 and 53%
$895 acquisition fee, mandated by AFS
Depending on the state, there is a dealer fee.
DMV costs, which also vary by state.
TX taxes the entire selling price, even for a lease, so lease payments are going to be expensive.
Hi di you have 36/12 for Prem+ and prestige in PA. Also I see most of the other 2017 Audi's are getting marketing support incentives (1000 for A4 sedan, 2000 for A6 sedan). Any for the Allroad?

I talked my friends out of the Allroad and into a new 2018 Q5. Negotiated 11% off MSRP on a Premium Plus. With Audi Care, 15k per year and 36 mos, they pout down $2000 incl first months payment and got $599 per month with SoCal sales Tax. Once again, couldn't have done it without you.
So I was looking for an A4 Allroad in South Florida and they had no 2018 on the lot, but did have a 2017 that they'd been using as a loaner. The 2017 Allroad PP had a $54K Sticker MSRP last year as new; they are now valuing it at $48k after the 1750 miles put on it as a loaner. They are offering the lease at $723/month (incl tax) with $2400 down. Thoughts?

What lease term and how many miles per year?
What does the $2400 cover?
Sounds like a lot for a loaner vehicle, but the allroad doesn't lease real well to begin with.
36mo/10,000 miles. The 2400 covers "basic inceptions" which, correct me if i'm wrong, I think is down payment, acq fee, first month & taxes.
I know an allroad does not lease at the most competitive levels, but this surprised me. Seems a bit high for a vehicle with a comparatively high residual. Let alone the fact that it'd been used.

.00160 MF and 59% residual If $48000 was the adjusted CAP cost, then $576/mo.+tax. That doesn't account for the existing mileage, which will reduce the residual. But, even with that, should only be $630/mo. with tax, at most.
A note about "basic inceptions". That's where a lot of crap gets loaded in. Especially in Florida (motto: we've never seen an $899 dealer fee we didn't love). Besides dealer fees, you'll see title fees marked up, etc, etc..
But, other than that, your payment seems a good $90/mo. too high. Who knows what actual numbers they are using, though.
OK, I have all the numbers. Basic inceptions of $2340 include tax, title, dealer fee, doc processing fees and tag fees. Original MSRP is down from $53k to $48k CAP given the light usage as a loaner. Their estimated lease end value is $31,815 which gives a 66.28% residual by my math. MF is .00250 (which seems high to me). All in all, the payments seem quite a bit high given the math I'm doing (expected vehicle loss of value is less than $17k) with the numbers they gave me..?

Residual is a percentage of MSRP, not the selling price. In your first post, MSRP is $54K, in this post it's $53K. What is the exact MSRP?
With the numbers you've provided and the inflated money factor, I get $648/mo.+tax, or about $695/mo. With the base MF, $576/mo.+tax or about $616/mo.
As you can see, their price is terrible. If they don't want to deal, just move on.
Hello - checking in to see if there are any end of year incentives and any movement in MF and Residual (socal) for '17 A4 Allroad - Premium / Premium+ / 36mo / 36k. Thanks!

Sorry to again ask, but may I get January 2018 MF and residual figures for the 2017 A4 allroad Premium? 3 Years / 36K miles. Hopefully they still have figures in SoCal (91325) for a 2017.
Also, went in December with the figures given (.0016 / 58% resid), they said the residual was actually 56%. Were they right?
