Trying to determine if this is a good lease deal - would love any thoughts:
MSRP - 45,145
Sale Price - 42,398 (incl $2K customer cash)
Taxes/Title/Fee - $2,884
Total Down - $3351 (incl first mo payment)

10K mi/year
$467.29/month

2017 X1 with Cold Weather, Driver Assist, Premium Package

    .00152 MF and 61% residual for 36/10
    $2000 lease credit.

    It looks to me like the $2K incentive is deducted from the sale price, not included.
    What state is this?
