I am getting the following deal on a 2018 RDX with Advance pkg and AWD. I am in Mineola, NY 11501. Excellent credit. Please let me know your thoughts MSRP: $44975 MF: .00047 Residual: 56% Residual Value: $25186 Factory Incentives: $3054 Cap Cost: $39171 Lease buyout: $25186 *1st pymt $404.60 36/12k *Sales Tax 1256.28 *Aquisition Fee $595 *Grad Rebate $500 *Cap Reduction Tax $100.91 *DMV Fee $22.50 *Doc Fee $75 Due at signing $2954.29 - $500 (Grad Rebate) Final Total due at signing $2454.29 plus plates. Everything marked with an asterisk is due at signing. It's strange how they added and then later subtracted the grad rebate of $500. The sales rep said it was added in the incentives and he had to do it this way so I get taxed correctly. Does this look good or can I do better?

.00047 MF and 56% residual is correct.
Is the $3054 the dealer's discount from MSRP?

They are right about the $500 incentive, but you have to deduct it from the CAP cost, as well. If you use $38,671 for the adjusted CAP, the payment is correct.

Looks like a good deal. I'd roll the tax and the acquisition fee into the CAP cost.
That would lower the out of pocket to about $600, and result in a payment of $457/mo.

Just a suggestion, i think they are offering you to take either incentives or grad rebate, they saying not both. is the final price reduced by 500?
